Sponsoring
Nordic PGDay offers a great chance to reach PostgreSQL professionals and community members in the Nordic region. We offer two levels of exposure: Partner and Supporter.
If you are interested in sponsoring the conference, you can sign up directly on the site. You'll be able to get the process started for all sponsorship levels there, and for the Supporter sponsorship level you will be able to complete the whole process within minutes. Partner
Partner is the level offering maximum visibility with on-site benefits like exhibition stand and access to the sponsor track. Partner sponsorship costs EUR 2000.00 + VAT and is limited to 5 sponsors on a first come, first serve, basis.
Apart from being allowed to use the endorsement "Partner Sponsor of Nordic PGDay 2025", all Partner sponsorships come with these benefits:
- Prominent inclusion of the Business' logo, a link to the Business' website on the official conference website (the logo to be provided by the Business).
- A short description (max 300 characters) of the Business on the official conference website.
- Inclusion of the Business' logo on the attendee name badges (the logo to be provided by the Business, same logo as the website).
- Inclusion of the Business’ logo on shared displays at the venue (the logo to be provided by the Business)
- The opportunity to include one piece of corporate signage up to a size of 2 metres high by 1 metre wide at the front of the main session room (the signage to be provided by Business, location to be determined by PostgreSQL Europe).
- Mention of the Business and inclusion of the Business' logo during the opening and closing sessions of the conference (the logo to be provided by the Business, same logo as the website).
- A desk in the exhibitors area of the conference for the promotion of the Business' products or services, recruitment, or other non-disruptive activities as agreed with PostgreSQL Europe at least one week prior to the commencement of the event. In the event that the Business wishes to use alternate furniture or stands in place of the desk or to use equipment other than laptop or desktop computers and screens, this must be agreed with PostgreSQL Europe at least one week prior to the commencement of the event.
- Contact details of those attendees who have opted-in to sharing their information, through scanning of a barcode on the attendee’s badge and subsequent downloading of data from the sponsor dashboard. No contact data will be provided through any other means. All contact information must be treated confidentially in accordance with the Data Protection regulations in effect in the country hosting the event. Badge scanning at the conference should be conducted voluntarily and only with the explicit consent of the attendees.
- The option to present one 15 minute session in the sponsor track at the conference, title, abstract and speaker name to be agreed with PostgreSQL Europe, prior to January 31st, 2025. Speakers on the Sponsor track are not eligible for a free registration, unless they are also a speaker on the general track.
- The opportunity to list three positions on the ”Jobs page” of the conference website, with a title of up to 100 characters and a description of up to 1000 characters each. Each position must include a link to the full job advertisement on the website of the business or a partner. The business must inform PostgreSQL Europe if the position is no longer available which will result in its removal. Listings may only be edited to correct grammatical or layout issues. All listings will be removed at the end of the conference.
- Two free attendance vouchers to the conference subject to availability (registration required, seats are not reserved until registration is completed).
Supporter
Supporter is the ideal level for showing your support to the community. Supporter sponsorship costs EUR 500.00 + VAT and is not limited in number of signups.
Apart from being allowed to use the endorsement "Supporter Sponsor of Nordic PGDay 2025", all Supporter sponsorships come with these benefits:
- Inclusion of the Business' logo and a link to the Business' website on the official conference website (the logo to be provided by the Business).
- Inclusion of the Business’ logo on shared displays at the venue (the logo to be provided by the Business)
- Mention of the Business and inclusion of the Business' logo during the opening and closing sessions of the conference (the logo to be provided by the Business, same logo as the website).
- The opportunity to list one position on the ”Jobs page” of the conference website, with a title of up to 100 characters and a description of up to 1000 characters each. Free sponsorship passes
The free passes included in your sponsorship package are vouchers valid as payment for a normal registration. They are subject to availability and do not guarantee a seat, but require a registration.
Exhibition staff registrations
There is no special class of registration for exhibition staff, everyone at the event must be registered as either an attendee or speaker, and thus will also have access to all talks and venue amenities like lunch and coffee. Exhibition staff can register by redeeming one of the registration vouchers included in the sponsorship package, or using a normal paid registration.
Website exposure
Sponsor logotypes will be displayed on the site, per sponsor level, in the order of which the sponsorship was signed. The Partner logotypes will be displayed on the sponsorship page as well as on every page in the sidebar, Supporter logotypes are only displayed on the sponsorship page.
VAT
PostgreSQL Europe, which is the entity handling our payments, is since 2016 VAT registered in France, all sponsorship invoices are subject to 20% French VAT.
